No. Units cannot be held with a down payment. To secure a unit, you must complete and submit an application.
At least one person on the lease must be turning 55 or older during the lease term. Individuals under the age of 18 cannot be listed on the lease agreement.

Yes! Harbor Heights offers several online services, including paying rent and submitting 24/7 maintenance requests.
Rent & Utilities
Rent includes water, sewer, trash, recycling, and compost services. Residents also receive access to all amenity spaces, complimentary community events, and an unlimited coffee and tea lounge experience.
For a discounted fee, residents can access a cable and internet package that includes 140+ cable channels with 20 hours of recording capability, along with Wi-Fi speeds of up to 400 Mbps, ideal for working from home.
Parking
We offer assigned secure indoor parking (not underground).
- First parking space: $145 per month
- Second parking space: $175 per month (based on availability)
Street parking is also available through the City of Olympia.
Lease Terms
We offer 12-month and 6-month lease options.
Yes. After completing a 12- or 6-month lease, residents have the option to move to a month-to-month lease.
No. All apartments are unfurnished.
No. Residents receive complimentary access to all community amenities. Fees only apply if you reserve an amenity space for a private event.
Guests
Yes. Grandchildren and other guests are welcome to visit, but they may not live in the unit for extended periods of time.
No. Subletting or allowing someone to stay in your apartment while you are away is not permitted.
Pets
Yes, at Harbor Heights, our Olympia, WA apartments are pet-friendly. Please reference our breed restrictions and contact us for more information.
We know pets are members of the family and welcome them at Harbor Heights. Our residents are invited to include up to two pets, either cats or dogs, that comply with our pet policy. Note there is a 50 lb. limit, please speak to our Property Management team for specifics and more information.
Yes. ESA and service animals are permitted in accordance with Washington State Fair Housing laws.
