LoveOly Winter Fest returns with live music, lights, horse-drawn carriage rides, and more this year! The Shop & Dine Promotion is back and runs through Christmas Eve. Watch the classic ballet battle between mice and soldiers at the Nutcracker performance at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts.
