Walk to nearby restaurants, shops, museums, or grab a few items from the local grocery store while leaving your car parked in our secure parking garage. When not riding around downtown, store your bike in our garage bike racks or our bike storage room.

Like our other community common spaces such as the Maritime Bar and Movie Theater, our Fitness Room has free high-speed internet and cable television so you can stay entertained while you work out. As the community continues to grow, we look forward to providing opportunities for residents to take part in group fitness activities both in the Fitness Room and on our Sky Terrace.
